We have highly experienced, qualified, and dedicated Registered Managers for each provision, along with Service Managers based in the residential care homes. Additionally, our manager is a qualified nurse. Our head office management team is comprised of the following members:

The Registered Manager
Komala brings with her a wealth of experience in the care sector, with a diverse background that includes nursing roles in multiple foreign countries. Holding both a Nursing diploma and a BSc Nursing degree, her credentials underscore her commitment to excellence in caregiving. Furthermore, Komala is registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) and has successfully cleared both the CBT and OSCE exams, demonstrating her proficiency and dedication to maintaining high standards of practice.
With her extensive expertise and qualifications, Komala embodies a clear passion for all facets of caregiving. Her unwavering commitment to providing exceptional care is evident in her professional journey and continues to drive her efforts in delivering quality services to those in need. Prince Joseph possesses an impressive blend of skills and experiences cultivated over a distinguished career spanning more than 25 years. Prince has navigated and excelled in various industries, demonstrating adaptability and prowess in entrepreneurship. From healthcare, where he owned and operated a successful care home, to diverse sectors, Prince's ventures showcase his versatility and ability to thrive in dynamic environments.
With a decade of focused experience in elderly home residential services, Prince has consistently delivered top-tier accommodation solutions tailored to meet diverse clientele needs. Khadija Othman JumaAzir
The Area Manger and Supervisor
Khadija brings a wealth of experience to her role, with a robust background in young adult and children's residential services, along with supported living. Holding a degree in social care, she is a valued member of the higher management team. Khadija's dedication to childcare is evident through her clear passion for the field, coupled with her strong vision for the company's future. She envisions the organization becoming an exceptional national provider of residential care services for children and young adults, driving forward with excellence and compassion.
Prince Joash Joseph
HR and Service Manager/ Treasurer
Joash is a talented and qualified HR Manager, holding an Economics degree from the University of Kent. He began his career in HR administration at Bethel Property in 2018, where he also served as Treasurer as needed. During this time, Joash completed courses from CFI, certifying his skills in finance management.
Before transitioning to the care sector in 2024, Joash successfully managed a team of HR assistants and Key workers . He brings valuable experience from his tenure at a multinational finance firm and will also be responsible for managing finances at Elshadai Care Home. Joash has also handled complex employee relations issues and overseen recruitment at all levels, demonstrating a thorough understanding of safer recruitment techniques. He is committed to selecting and retaining qualified, experienced social care professionals, ensuring the highest standards of HR practice throughout Elshadai Care Home.
