Our Services
We provide care and support for young adults between 16-25 years and here to support you as you transition into adulthood. From the age of 16 to 18, you will have a dedicated Social Worker assigned to you. At 17½, you may also be allocated a Personal Advisor, who will work alongside your Social Worker to ensure you are on the right path to independence.
Our aim is to provide you with the necessary support to succeed in various aspects of your life. We will assist you in finding suitable accommodation and help you access the education, training, or employment opportunities you desire. Our goal is to help you lead a fulfilling and healthy life, ensuring your safety and well-being while empowering you to achieve your aspirations and contribute positively to your community.
We are here to offer guidance and assistance whenever you encounter challenges along the way.
"Religion is an important part of personal development, and we help kids practice their own faith. When they arrive, we assess their religious needs and make sure they have the support they need to practice their religion. We even help parents who want to re-establish their religious beliefs. We can provide religious activities and places of worship for nearly any religion."
